Submission of this form includes agreement and understanding of the following statements, policies, and procedures:

I give permission for my child to be involved in the activities of Kids of God at King of Glory Lutheran Church Preschool Program.
A registration fee for each child enrolling in the program will be due at the time of enrollment. This payment is non-refundable unless a class must be cancelled. If you are registering multiple children, you will receive a 50% discount on the additional registration fees. This only applies to registration fees and the larger amount must be paid in full.
The 1st tuition payment is due by August 15 and will be non-refundable.
The remaining 8 payments are due the first of each month from September through May.
Kids of God at King of Glory Lutheran Church will be closed when Horry County schools are closed.
Kids of God at King of Glory Lutheran Church is a private program. Our primary goal is to provide a loving and positive preschool experience for all children. Kids of God at King of Glory Lutheran Church reserves the right to withdraw a student at any time for reasons regarding inappropriate and/or unsafe behavior should we determine it to be in the best overall interest of the program and the other children in our care. Should a child be dismissed from the program, the prorated remainder of that month’s tuition will be refunded.
I give permission to include my child’s name, address, and phone number in the preschool directory, which is only provided to registered students’ parents.
I authorize Kids of God at King of Glory Lutheran Church and King of Glory Lutheran Church and its representatives to seek medical attention for my child if I cannot be reached in the event of an injury.
I acknowledge that Kids of God at King of Glory Lutheran Church is a license-exempt program.
Children are to be picked up at the designated time. We do not want to charge families for late pickup unless it occurs consistently. In this situation, you will be required to pay for after-school care.
